By contacting us or booking a consultation, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Type of service

The services offered represent psychological counseling and are intended to provide support with personal, professional or interpersonal issues.

Important NOTE:
This consultation is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment and is not considered a healing practice within the meaning of the Heilpraktikergesetz (Heilpraktiker Act). No diagnoses are made and no illnesses are treated.

4. Appointment scheduling and cancellation

Consultation appointments are arranged individually via email or the contact form.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
In the event of cancellations or non-appearances at short notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fee may be charged.

5. Remuneration and payment terms

The fee for the consulting service is agreed individually and clearly communicated before the appointment.
Payment is made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
No sales tax is charged according to Section 19 UStG (small business regulation).

6. Disclaimer

Participation in the consultation is at your own risk.
Liability for any personal, professional or health-related consequences is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
I make no promises of success and assume no responsibility for decisions made based on the advice.

7. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy on this website and the applicable data protection laws (in particular GDPR).
All client information will be treated confidentially.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
